My Opinion About BarelyLegal:
If there's one site that I had probably heard of even before becoming a reviewer, then it was probably Barely Legal. Of course, the magazine, which is published by Hustler, has been around since 1974 so it may be that I had heard of the rag before the site. In any case, the site features nubile babes coming into their sexual individuality, although the site is much more than just an archive of 18-to-23-year-olds.
BarelyLegal is organized with the same layout as any other Hustler site and offers the same brows features, which are kick ass. Extras include access to Hustler World, where you get news and articles on various topics, bonus photo and movie galleries and live chats, humour and phone sex links. It is slightly different from the straight porn sites because members here actually get access to the current magazine itself, or at least to the pictorials. If you want the sexual awakening tales and other articles, then you'll have to go to the local news stand.
It looks like there are eight to ten pictorials in every issue. There's a brief description, but I anticipated more model details and more information overall. Still, there are around 10 images for each set, and they're beautifully shot and fresh images of inexperienced young ladies. The 600x400-sized shots are crisp and while they do enlarge online, the downloads are only available in the small size. Pictures are tastefully titillating even when there's a spread thigh shot exposing the delectably pink shaved or partially shaved pussy. There are 92 issues posted, which means you're getting at the very least 736 exclusive sets. However, there are many more nubile photo sets available along with hundreds of Hustler slut, couples and lesbian photos.
Movies are exclusive Hustler productions and there are 170 Barely Legal titles. There are also another 66 categories that you can browse through including foot fetish, BarelyLegalWomen, solo girls and strap-on, to name but a few. The 768Kbps 320x184 .wmv films can be downloaded, but they are DRM protected. There are also streams and 800Kbps 320x240 .mpg and .rm formats. In the newest film featuring an 18-year-old named Nikki, there are five different scenes that are around 15-minutes each. The image is good, but I expected a higher quality. The film began with a storyline and the acting wasn't that bad. Still, I loved the films better when they dove into the down and dirty "sexual education" of Nikki.
Final Verdict:
I loved all the different scenarios on Barely Legal and loved the fresh faces. However, I also got off on seeing more established babes in all the bonus categories. There aren't really any articles or stories relating to coeds and their first time experiences or experimentations and I think this would add a cool dimension to the website in keeping with the print magazine. However, this is a website and the assumption for the most part is that you already subscribe to the publication. There's no doubt that you won't go hungry from a small amount of content, but I still would prefer some downloads to keep and some higher-quality content overall.
